```Duties```
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

```Skills```
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest services
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse range of guests
- Proficient in phone etiquette to provide excellent service over the phone
- Experience or knowledge in night audit procedures is preferred
- Bilingual skills are beneficial for effective communication with guests who speak different languages
- Ability to build positive guest relations by being attentive, responsive, and accommodating
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel reservation systems is an advantage
